There was a roaming penguin from Larry,
Who hard a rock; a real hard carry,
He went to a Seer,
Got trapped by the beer!
But poor penguin would not be merry!

Edit to add: The icey dude was back in the Goblin Village, but he wouldn't play ball.

4. Ice Mountain rock

- has consistently been in the "Ice Mountain area" since he arrived. This included Goblin Village. He has also wandered briefly near Falador and Barbarian Village proper.

I just zapped the ghost penguin at Musa Point banana plantation dock. He's just sitting on the dock of the bay, watching the time ...
