Yes, I acknowledge all rules and thoroughly understand them.
3. What is expected from smiley ranks?
It is expected that smiley ranks give calls when they can and host portables when they are around. A smiley must follow all "Portables" rules and help out where they can.
4. If you are genuinely applying to help the FC as a smiley, in what ways do you wish to help?
I wish to help the FC by hosting portables and giving calls on my way to multiple 99s. Even if I am training a different skill I will host if I am needed.
5. Do you have any goals you wish to achieve with portables and the FC?
Yes, I wish to achieve multiple 99s as well as make new in-game friends and help the community.
6. Would you be interested in or intend to become an official rank in the future?
If the opportunity and time comes, of course.
