Smiley ranks are only expected to follow the rules and assist others where possible.

I often call locations in chat and help players who are new to using portables, I also host portables whenever I can, especially if there is no one hosting a popular portable at the time.

To rank up in the future and be a respected member of the portables community. I will be active for most of the up coming DXP weekend(gotta sleep sometime though
