Yes.

Yes.

3. What is expected from smiley ranks?
To follow the rules and continue calling/hosting/assisting others. To help contribute to the fc in ways that make it more effective and helpful to others.

4. If you are genuinely applying to help the FC as a smiley, in what ways do you wish to help?
I enjoy calling and helping other players out and figured it would be nice to work towards doing so in an official capacity.

5. Do you have any goals you wish to achieve with portables and the FC?
I have used the FC many times myself and just want to do my part to contribute towards what I feel is a wonderful collaboration in the RS community.

6. Would you be interested in or intend to become an official rank in the future?
