today's vis wax combination is:

1. Dust (replace with Chaos for 24/30)
2. Nature or Steam (replace with Body for 27/30) or Death

It is recommended that you always replace combination runes and other expensive runes with cheaper elemental runes for higher profit. For example 80 vis wax with fire or chaos runes gives far greater profit than 100 vis wax with mud runes.
