Application for FE rank

1. my reason for becoming a rank is because I enjoy being able to have a clearcut area to get assistance and give it without the need for stickler rules which make people uncomfortable, my goal is to be able to help keep the FE fc in its current state.

2. I use fe every day im on to provide assistance with a few skills and the experience has been thus far quite pleasant. regarding the rules to only asking for or offering assist I do note a lot of people ask for information regarding effigys and that smply asking 1 person can sometimes mean the wrong information is given. so it would be good if "assist based" talk was allowed. especially as man heads can often find new solutions or ways.

3. my timezone is +12:00 game time however I tend to be active sporatically through a 24/7 period so I can differ to any ranks online at any given time.

4. the new approach was a way to allow players to have a place where they can get assistance, but without the need to worry too much without following strict rules. that being said simple rules regarding politeness and helping to prevent chat from becoming overcrowded were kept in place to ensure it didn't falter from its original purpose.
