~~Hi, I'd like to apply for a rank~~
I use this fc all the time. In fact, I use it pretty much every day I'm on rs. It's really the only friends chat where I know I can get my daily herb assists in. Since I use the fc pretty much every day, I figure I might as well apply to help the fc run more smoothly.

I have read through all the rules and I know them pretty well. 1 post per 6 lines, no quick chat, etc. As for the new approach, I see it as a way to not turn away assisters/effigy holders that are perhaps new to the fc, but don't know the rules so well (or at all). It also politely lets them know to not spam the fc with multiple posts or quick chat messages, as this makes it unfair for the other people who are trying to get assists/assist.

My Timezone is CST (Central time). I am typically get on at around 2am (due to work), but I am usually on every day. I am currently in a clan, but I can join the clan chat as a guest.
