~ 1. Why you are interested in becoming a rank and what your goals are for our fc.
I've been using assistclan/fe for years. It's time I start contributing.

~ 2. Have you used Fast Effigy before? How was your experience? Is there anything you like/dislike about our fc or our rules?
I like the chat and have been using it for a long time.

~ 3. What is your timezone? This will help us identify a suitable Mentor to help you get started.

~ 4. Have you read and understood our rules and especially our ''New Approach''? How would you explain our ''New Approach'' in your own words?
I understand the new approach as trusting ranks to make decisions and not relying on the rules too much.
Purpose of the rules is that nobody gets an unfair advantage in fc

* 5. Do we only assist effigies or do we assist other things like dung weapons as well?

INTRODUCING… CLAN MEMBER OF THE MONTH!

Did you ever notice that some players go out of their way from their normal everyday game play to help others? That have great attitudes in clan chat and respond to questions to the best of their ability? That organize and/or attend our clan events? That just put a smile on your face when you see them log in!

Member of the Month is not a competition – it is the recognition of an appreciated clan member! And yes! FTP players are allowed and encouraged to participate!

So what type of qualities should a clan member possess to become Fast Effigy’s Member of the Month?
- being helpful and supportive
- answering questions that other clan members post
- offering advice and help
- going out of your way for others
- being a role model for lower ranks
- being friendly and preventing drama
- being social and interacting with others
- welcoming new clan members
- greeting those logging in and saying good bye to those logging out
- congratulating clan members when they level up or post an achievement
- demonstrating leadership qualities
- taking initiatives without being asked by a higher rank
- watching out for others and for the clan as a whole
- monitoring the clan chat and making sure the cc remains respectful

But mostly!
- helping to establish a friendly community where everyone can feel safe and have fun!

How will the Member of the Month be selected? Easy! Between the 14th and the 21st of each month, all clan members can nominate another clan member for Member of the Month for the following month. Voting will take place between the 22nd and the 30th (or 31st) of the month. Nominations and voting can take place on both our Forum and Zeta sites. And members may only be named Member of the Month one time each year.

And – in addition to a one-month seat on the Clan Council - prizes and rewards will be specially selected for each Member of the Month!

The Clan Council is happy to announce Sria4 as our very first clan member-of-the-month.
She is a prime example how you can advance from recruit to deputy owner in a very short time when you are a role model for others and demonstrate leadership qualities and take initiatives without being asked to, when you are helpful and supportive and go out of your way for others, and when you go above and beyond and don't mind walking the extra mile to help a clan mate.

What was truly amazing to all of us over the past year was watching how welcoming Sria4 was towards new clan members and how kind-hearted she acted towards complete strangers who had just joined our clan. She truly represents the spirit in which we founded our clan 4 years ago when we wanted to establish a friendly community where everyone can feel safe and have fun!

As a special thank-you we will give every clan member-of-the-month special access to one of our clan avatars for that month and we will also ask everyone to help bless her/him with a gift in gp or items. You are welcome to give this directly to our clan member-of-the-month or to any member of our clan council who will then add it to our member-of-the-month fund.
