I wish to become ranked because: I have noticed that often times fc trolls appear most often when a rank is offline or out of chat, as I don't really have a reason to leave the chat I am in there very very often and can help weed out the trolls and help with rules.

Yes, I use fast effigy often. The experience is usually between fifteen and thirty thousand (har har) all jokes aside it is usually a good experience. I don't see any problem with the rules as they are formed so that nobody gets an unfair advantage in fc.

Yes, the new approach is a more lax rule set with less kicking and more relaxed chat, this however does not mean that players are allowed to do as they wish. There is no offering/ accepting payment, Try to keep offer/ need line to 1x post of 1 line of chat per 6 lines of other friends chat posts ( 1 post/ 6 posts viewed) try to arrange meeting place in pm if possible.
