Dark nilas drop rate??

does anyone know what the drop rate for dark nails or how rare they are? I have about 450 Hardmode kills and streak about 30kills per run and I have not gotten a single drop. I have gotten 1 from normal mode but they cant be this rare right?

I received one just after 500 kills. Other than unlocking Hard Mode most of my kills were with 4 or less abilities. Waiting to see if I get another at 1000 kills.

According to Wiki the drop rate is much better in HM, Good luck ! ( o
