Today's ravens moved themselves with the update.

I only know where the world 23 raven is because that's the only one we normally check in Yuu's FC but it is now north of the max guild and not in between the buildings in Trah

3 people came into the FC asking where it was and I had to tell them it probably vanished with the update because I didn't know any better until I got a reply from Mod Raven on twitter saying it may have moved and I should look around again but yeah, this post needs to be updated to note the changes I am also Coward, that is the account I play a lot more often
