Eagles Peak bush was just spotted inside the memorial itself.

2nd desert penguin was just spotted outside Shantay Pass.

Edit: Just moved into the area where the dark tunnel entrance is - north east behind Shantay Pass in the recessed area.

Edit, edit: Put a hold on that. I spied it on my noob account, but when I came back on my main it said "You've already spied..." so this must be the TARDIS one.
