Played Herby Werby this week and for some reason I was getting bonus xp for both Firemaking and Herblore, despite having no items/ perks or bonus xp in those skills? Stay positive

It's because of the new Herby Werby experience modifiers which are unlocked with increased Herblore levels:

85 Herblore: 150% Experience.
95 Herblore: 200% Experience.
105 Herblore: 250% Experience.
115 Herblore: 300% Experience.
