On a slightly less positive note there is a slow trickle leaving. The common theme is 'when I ask a question there is silence ' or 'no one talks' - small hint, clan life is a 2 way affair, you get what you put in. If all you do is ask questions or wait till others talk / entertain you then yes you will be dissatisfied
