One rock is northwest of the fishing guild, playing with Hillmonger.


Edit: Hill and the peng are now inside the fenced area at Hadley's house, south of the Waterfall Quest building and near Rasolo wandering. The hope is he will eventually run into the house.

The other rock is near his spawn, south of Castle Wars, playing with Trewavas.

Edit: He is now near Yanille, just northwest of the western entrance.
