Hiya guys some info on the 00 penguins
After spying the Ardy and Nietz Penguins I went to Lunar Island and I got another 00 penguin
This one was
005 = From Ardy with Love will this change I have no clue but here a starting point for y'al
I got him on the West side of the mountain between Livid farm.

I just got 006 inside livid farm

I think you're already aware, but the '00' penguins (that is to saw 001-006) can be seen by everyone but only spotted by one. They spawn randomly across the game, both at existing spawn locations (such as at Castle Wars in the Achey trees) or in new locations. Indeed, some of the new locations include the Prifddinas Waterfall, Lost Grove, Arc, and Anachronia.

As of yet, I don't think we know the spawn 'rate' of them, so I wouldn't recommend hopping to find them. When you spied 005, you unlocked an achievement: 'From Ardougne, with Love'. This is a Completionist Cape requirement, which requires you to spy a total of 40 penguins to upgrade your device fully.
