Is this in relation to the release of Soul Wars on OSRS?
It isn't something that I have experienced myself, but some players have noted issues when using mobile devices.
The waiting to enter the lobby has always been a part of Soul Wars. However, the disconnect could be a sign of a couple of issues. Check your internet connection, and check to see if your ISP is experiencing any technical issues. If that comes back okay, I would suggest submitting an in-game bug report, as it could be a problem with the content that's kicking you out.
