Castle Wars rock has moved even deeper into and past the Divination area. I just spotted it on the front porch of whatever that thing to the west is. It shows up as a transportation icon on the map. It is also the Freezer penguin this week.

Edit: Okay. I decided to touch the stone just to see what it was. It takes you to the Lost Grove.
You can never
