I am frustrated ! I feel I'm missing something. I have completed both quests, some like it cold, back to the freezer, have the ring of visibilty on, plus pen tracker, and can not see the ghost pen. a player told me I cldn't spy on the ghost, so what am I missing ?

I appreciate any help I can get,

Hello there,

I do understand your frustrations. The ghost penguin is rather unique, as it can teleport to any one of thirty-four locations every couple of minutes. It can walk across water and circumvent traditional traps, making it a rather difficult peng to pinpoint.

This is where your penguin spy device will come in handy. You can use it to receive a hint as to the location of the ghost penguin (it's number eleven, as on our list above), which will help you narrow down his location. You can also use the scan feature for the ghost penguin, which will help you locate him after you have his approximate location. If you have upgraded your device through hunting enough penguins, the 'zap' feature of your penguin spy device can also be used to freeze the penguin for a minute, allowing others to spy him.

Having looked at your Runemetrics profile, it's clear that you have completed the necessary quests for the penguin. The best advice that I could give you would be to head to a 'confined' area, such as the Death Plateau, or Lumber Yard. Hop between worlds, using the device to scan for the penguin. If you can't find him, hop to another world and repeat.
