Hi!

I unlocked POP yesterday. I did the tutorial and got a free captain, and also a second ship and second captain. I sent out both my ships (with high succes rates!) and they returned with 2 captains lost. Now I don't have any resources and no captain. I need resources for a captain, but I need a captain for resources. So now I'm kinda stuck and don't know what to do...

I'd say that's tough luck there

One option for you is to purchase at least 100 chimes from the Black Marketeer, then wait for the next reset when a new captain is up for recruitment.

The mechanics of the player owned port are vague and clumsy. I can't seem to make anything work and the only reason I even bother trying is because I like the Arc.
