This is a cautionary tale. If the Brimhaven bush penguin asks you to show him the hut building in Brimhaven... don't. Just... don't. 0/5 stars for the Brimhaven bush penguin client.
The Brimhaven bush penguin booked a slot with a real estate agent. He claimed to no longer want to live in the jungle, but he still wants a hut that just has that jungle-feel. I just so happen to be a Construction connoisseur, AKA I am partaking in real estate.
I showed the penguin the hut in Brimhaven! Decent space - cozy for a penguin! It has a few windows; a nice chair; some barrels; dirt floor! It even has a nice table! Oh, and, two beds! A place all to himself! And, the groundskeeper, Hajedy, is always watching over the house!
The penguin... He ran right out! He claimed he wanted more foliage outside his door!! It seems that there are little to no shrubs or trees that block him in!
It seems he wanted to waste time! He wants to be a wild penguin, travelling the land. Beware this client!
(Note: The hut is no longer viable as a trap; the existing plants are now walk-thru; the overall walkable area in/around the hut [and overall area in Brimhaven] has been expanded.)
