I was on the trail of the ghost penguin in the Ice Mountain region and stumbled across Wiz Tower bush running around Doric's, north of Falador.

I just zapped the ghost penguin up on the hill SE of Goblin village.

I can see the bush at the bottom of the hill near the Zammy monks.

wow. about an hour ago, I had a hint that this one was south of Ardy and then around Ardy. I had to log off to do some stuff and, upon returning, the hint was "west ... Kandarin". what a runner!
