The more experienced players in this fc need to take into consideration that when they invite others to play, they are not always going to get people that are familiarized with all the specific procedures that are standard to them. Many of them expect you to wear high end gear like you're going bossing which is completely uncalled-for and you can expect their patience to run out within the first 2 minutes of a wave. It's really sad to see players who have the experience necessary to teach others but are not capacitated to do so because they get frustrated so easily; I assure you it's one of the reasons for why more people don't play this minigame- it's one of the reasons why Barbarian Assault is "dead". I'm not going to mention any names but some of the Hard Mode players and even ranks are more concerned about high-end gear and inconsequential details that will ruin the opportunity for others to learn and just make it a bad experience.

The lack of tolerance towards newer players in this fc is unbelievable and needs to be addressed.

I can assure you I require my ranks to be helpful and nice towards new BA'ers. Should you see someone doing anything against that, please do report it to me with the name of the rank.
On the other hand. I can only tell them to help and give tips, but not require them to team up with new people. The teams are formed and lead by the people in the fc, not the fc itself.
This same applies to non-ranks of the fc. They aren't required to team up with new people.
