RNG should no longer be a random number generator unless your in PvP. Levels should scale according to the monster your fighting and dealing damage according to your level. Magic and necromancy should be nerfed. How does it make sense for old school my magic spells do more damage at a low level than my melee surpassing that level? Magic attack should scale in damage according to magic levels.
On RuneScape 3 I don't use any runes when I'm using EoC abilities. Talk about a waste of an item making it almost useless when using EoC.
Quests should guide you with markers in all you have to do.

Melee deals more damage than mage overall actually. We have Berserk in melee that does double damage. None other combat style beat that.
We have a lot of ways to use runes other than EOC. We even have Necromancy runes now. That's why runes are expensive and runecrafting is very profitable in RS3.
