Along side that there should be no dead content, I think what Fairy Rings should do is on the Map there's a orange small highlighted circle where the every Fairy Ring is located when you click on it, it automatically sets in the code for you and you teleport.

the fairy rings already have a list of every code youve ever entered and where it goes that you can filter to have favorite locations at the top. use it all the time on my main to head to kuradel for slayer tasks

And you can right click on fairy rings so that you don't have to go through Zanaris. That, combined with favourited locations plus the option to instantly travel to favourited locations (no waiting for dialling), makes fairy ring travel faster than it used to be.

Also, I can make my own portable fairy rings with Invention, so I don't even have to go to a fairy ring to access the fairy ring network. Cranky old woman
