At artisans workshop every time i complete an item whether it be a fresh item or an item upgrade stage i get "lige tonweight" wanting to give me an addy ceremonial sword plan. I've googled him and the top result is the runescape wiki which says he's a random event and there is "a chance" to spawn him. It is not "a chance". It is 100% every time i finish hammering anything there he is.
Additionally, the ceremonial plans override smithing of normal objects. If i select an item to craft from the interface the object is heated but then a dialogue pops up asking if i want to do them, instead of the heated object. This ruled out me just taking the plans and holding them to prevent him from keeping on coming back.
I would greatly appreciate a toggle ability to disable him from spawning. I have discovered that i can just ignore him but then i have some creepy short bald dude staring at me for at least 2 minutes while i work an item just to have him back a minute later when i finish, ready to stare at me again. I'm sure the majority of folks are happy having him pop up. though im guessing for some it actually is a rarity, not a perpetuity
