obsidian vs cryptbloom repair

For many years I've noted many game inconsistencies. My latest one isn't new.

So, you load your preset cryptbloom. Then you notice some of it needs repair. You have to remove the armour pieces from equipped to your inventory. Then right click to use the croesus flakes on each piece for repair. (tedious method)

On the other hand, if you equip obsidian armour, and it needs some repair. You left click the obsidian shards, and it automatically repairs ALL pieces that you are wearing.

Can this be fixed so cryptbloom is repaired like obsidian?
