For Varrock teleport we have an option between the Grand Exchange, the fountain at the center of the city and near the museum by speaking with one of the Taskmasters; my suggestion is that we could do the same to the House Teleport spell, which is located in the standard spellbook and requires level 40 Magic to cast, and choose its destination to be Fort Forinthry instead.
In order to do that, we'd need to speak with either Aster or Bill and ask them to change it for us. Once that is done, upon teleportation we would arrive by the well in the Fort similarly to how Fort Forinthry teleport scrolls work.
Maybe in order to do that have some requirement, such as tier 3 Town Hall or add new tiers to the Fort lodestone.
It would cost the same as the standard house teleport to be cast, which is one Air rune, one Earth rune and one Law rune.
