My tony mattock has not activated once to instantly discover an artifact in several artifacts. My suggestion is remove the ability to instantly discover an artifact and gave tony mattock a 5% chance To gain 25% progress to an artifact. I need my blue charms back.

Can you please elaborate further? Is it behaving in a way which is not marketed by Jagex? If so file a bug report.

Sounds like someone isn't enjoying their RNG luck.... Things may be looking down now, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel;

How often does it activate on average? the extra mat bonus consistently activates. I need my blue charms back.

According to the RS Wiki:

"This perk's activation chance is approximately 1/10 in the overall excavation"
