Since the beginning of the Halloween event, a crowded area is forming where players are gathering for lengthy periods of time, so I felt this topic was important to reference for the supporters of this thread.

I noticed there have been other requests outside of the Runescape Forums to hide player models rs3 in search engine results by typing "hide player models rs3", such as

The request has been around for several years, and with the recent world-density and visibility issues of the Tree Ring spam and other attempts to disrupt play, focusing on the player and the environment, but giving the option for social interaction (unless in world-critical areas, such as minigames or PvP areas) at the player's preference seems like a reasonable addition to the game. If players want to have their oversized companions flapping or meandering on their screens, that's up to them, but I'd prefer if they didn't block my view in gathering or single-way combat opponents.

Yes thanks for the tips. I wish these forums were taken seriously like they used to before. But the numbers of usage speak itself ofc.
