sorry to revive this, but since i lost my training bow (still have my sword and shield luckily) at some point, and read about that they removed the option to recover them i +1 this and jagex if you somehow do consider to bring them back, do it the same way as how we can recover old event items in wich we need to recover them from diango and only the people who either got them from the tutors or beefy bill from back in the day should be eligible to be able to rebuy them from diango just like the event items. this includes: the training bow, sword, shield and arrows (for the arrows once recovered by diango cant be recovered again unless the person used them to depletion)
