Now that Animate Undead has been nerfed into oblivion they should remove the requirement to face all wave based content during the Zuk fight, that should only apply to capes because now the entire process to fight Zuk which by the way, was once my favorite boss fight thanks to the help of Animate Undead, is now horrid, during the Ranger waves even with Animate Undead and full Cryptbloom with FSoA pre-nerf I almost died frequently.
I could only imagine how bad it is now post-nerf, this is all the proof I need to say that wave based content should be removed and only be required for special content like the Zuk Capes, this goes for Elite Dungeons too, just let us fight the boss after we've completed the run once, it's a huge reason why I and many others are turned off of bossing, not only do we have to deal with massive damage as a max player on top of ridiculous sometimes buggy mechanics but we also have to suffer through an hour long dungeon or wave based battle, it should honestly be optional and you can add incentives if you want people to play it like specific ability upgrades or increased chance at rares by like 15% at least, this would at least make players more happy than the system we currently have.
