I'll just list them, it should be clear why:
1. Environment sounds. All the birds chirping, dogs barking, water splashing.
2. Other players. Any sound related to other players.
3. Vocal combat reactions. NPC and player.
4. Skilling sounds that indicate success.
5. Skilling sounds that are played during the action.
6. Musical jingles. This includes the GE indicator and a new brief playing of music when you enter a new area. Like it shuts off after 15-30 seconds or so.
This would ensure a pleasant and useful customizable experience for all players. No more sensory overload, no more denying yourself useful sounds, and a suitable amount of music for those who want the full experience but listen to their own beats.
I didn't include an option to turn off useful combat cues, but that is another thing to consider.
