~Cape Emotes for Teleporting~

Once a player has unlocked a cape, the emote associated to that cape should have a teleportation emote equivalent.

For example, if a player has earned 99 Agility and has bought the cape, they can use the Agility Cape emote for their teleporting emote.

The cape should not have to be worn for this feature.

The idea sounds extremely nice at first, but I think most animations do not fit as is for teleports. They're usually too long for quick ones and too short for the home teleport. I mean granted - they're not made for this, but how would that be solved - stretching or speeding up would look extremely weird to be fair. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

My initial idea came about when thinking about the Veteran capes where the longer emotes would work well with the home teleports, but then of course the quicker teleports would need a condensed version.

On the flip side, something like the Cooking Cape emote may be good for the shorter teleports, but would need adapting for the home teleports.

Indeed it wouldn't be straight forward plug-and-play - equivalent emotes will need to be created.
