Re-introduce short run titles

There are some titles that were only around for a short time. It would be nice to add a way to unlock them in game. The main one that interests me is the title "the Rock" but unfortunately I missed getting this because it was only available for one day. There are other titles that aren't available anymore and it would be interesting to find ways to re-introduce them in the main game in some way.
