who's responsible for turning falador garden into a graveyard?

Which garden?
Did you mean the park?
I just checked and nothing's changed there.

The pond got turned into a grave where players obtain the true master cape, i.e. the cape you can obtain when you get all your skills to 120.

It is not even a grave, let alone a grav
yard
. it is something established there to honor a 4th Age heroine. It is actually a monument to Meira. I know it first hand because I just got my Master Max Cape there hours ago.

We have real graves of individuals like the Pyramids, desert Tombs, Glarial's Tomb etc etc etc.

They aren't graveyards at all and nothing is remoted recent, and I have never heard anybody complaining the Desert being turned into a graveyard by Amascut and such.

Don't you realize the Makeover Mage isn't even in Falador?

Talking about a new GARDEN located near the "make over mage" is talking about expanding the RS3 new GARDEN outside Falador, perhaps in the expense of terrorities of the dark wizards. :)

It is funny how to relate a garden to a graveyard anyway. Perhaps the dark wizards will cease to exist either forcefully by the Time Guardian or by natural selection some day, then we see a new Garden in lower east Traverly. But shred no tears dark wizard friends, you won't get a graveyard there. Dark wizards may vanish and no next generation Jagex players will even talk about them like they never even existed.
