It's current examine is "A shining cape that draws the attention of all who look at you.".

It's 36m and ugly in both low detail and the best graphics. Can we change the cape's examine since it's clearly not something that draws the attention of all who look at you?

Change it to something like "A shining cape to celebrate the 22nd Anniversary of RuneScape." now that would be fitting and be similar to golden partyhat's examine.

No one and I repeat no one cares about golden capes and no one compliments anyone wearing one.

It's true though ..I thought it looked interesting at first because it would match an outfit.. but changed my mind..max or 120 cape is abit better :O
