Support. If people are willing to go through the effort required to make more Blessed Flasks for potions other than Extreme Prayers, I see no reason to deny them.

As for visually differentiating them, I think the solution is to make the part of the flask that looks like it's made of glass change colours based on what potion is stored in them (so orange for Extreme Prayers, like normal Flasks. Simple and recognizable at a glance.
