1. Armor PVP % Damage mitigation Stat
- Use: Make players far tankier to make PVP combat more boss like and engaging rather than one shot kills all the time.
2. Off hand Accuracy
- Use: Make DW abilities into Off-Hand abilities. Currently off hand accuracy is not used for any combat calculation, however if offhand abilities were independent of main-hand abilities the accuracy could be used. Also this would unlock true hybriding within RS3 which would be awesome.
3. Attack Speed, although it currently affects max hit in EOC this is a bad representation of its namesake.
no one uses autos outside of:
- legacy mode
- 4Tic-Autos (High level Action)
- Auto weaving with defensive abilities (High level Action)
- Use: Could modify GCD, but this would require a lot more work than the other 2 un-used Stats.
These are the only ones I can think of at the moment, but I'm sure there are other un used data points in RS that could be updated to serve a purpose.
