ive been looking at the leveling rewards for agility skill progression, and its bugging me that attuned crystal equipment can be equipped at level 50 agility, but you cant equip it until level 75 after completion of plagues end. So im thinking maybe a jumble up or rework of the skill level progression rewards.

ive been told that crytal equipment can be equipped after roving elves and they are right, but im not talking about basic crytsal its the much better attuned crystal equipment i mean

it is rather annoying that you can unlock the ability to use most crystal equipment LONG before you can obtain it...as an ironman. normal accounts can buy them from the GE to use as soon as they complete roving elves. attuned are the only that need plagues end, and the level requirement is more a lore link to them being a crystal item.
