Change portable well

I think the portable well should be changed into something else, because the only thing it doesn't work as is a well. A well works as a water source, where we can fill vials and such, but the portable well can't do that. It is not a well.

The well needs to become a true well, only vials of water isn't good enough I want to fill other water containers at portable well too.

But I can't use it to fill anything with water, so no, it is not a well.
