hi i think we should have a cape for pure skillers as cant have a max cape also skillers should have more for them as cant get to all areas of game nore do all quests but these skiller accounts pure level 3s do a hard job collecting ore wood etc which sell on Ge for those that wont quick way to level there cooking or even buy cooked fish for there high level combat and potions

Y should skillers get a special cape? Ironman accounts don't get special capes for being an ironman y should skillers be any different?

U can still wear 99/120'skill capes so skillers don't need a special cape because they decide to limit themselves and their gameplay
