I recently came back to Rs3 and had over 10 hours bxp credit saved.

Now,I can't seem to find Nic to utilise the saved credits.

Could anyone help me where to find and utilize the credits exchanged?

He's in Nic's Store, which has been in a few locations in the game, but he may not be in the game currently.

From the Wiki page:

Nic's Store only appears during events and may not be currently found in game

The regular Nic is in his regular place, but he won't deal with bxp credits.

When BXP is live, we will see the BXP Nic everywhere near a bank. Then and only then can we exchange bxp credits with this event Nic.
