Clue sound rework

During scan steps now with the rework, the sound is just always going off even if you aren't near the scan, I believe it should only sound off when you are near the clue, the level of sound is perfect, it just is always sounding off now whereas before it would only sound off when you were close to the location (quietly mind you)
