Sad Walk Animation--Briefcase

I have main-hand and off-hand briefcases equipped as well as the sad walk animation equipped and the walk animation is not showing. I have tried Sheathing and Unsheathing my weapons and I have tried changing my combat bar to Legacy.

None of these have worked and I'm wondering if there's a way to do this more simply or if it will work at all.

The cases are not keepsaked, just equipped.

I'm sorry if this is on the wrong forum, I'm pretty new to interacting with runescape outside of the actual game and didn't see a better place to put this. Just a guy being a dude
