Just always bare in your mind this understanding that ever last company on earth makes safe for everyone is that anyone’s account on any sort of game, any sort of website has ever had a moment to fall into the pit of vulnerability, ya, there’s people who’ve become very sad, to see a lot of their work be stolen from them, stripped by hi]jackers entirely of everything, but jagex along side ever other totally trust worthy company in the world has a commitment, to keep your account. It’s information and everything safe as safe can ever be
Your problem can be simplified for jagex as good and as well written as they’d ever need to understand your situation, when ever a bolt comes off and the door comes off, we have always trusted jagex to not only but them back on, but on reinforced steel doors that will make your account more secure then ever.
Just use the in game report thing, make sure your choosing the right option for to what to be reporting, try to explain what situation your in, what’s wrong, what’s happening, how to resolve your in issue and so on.
Played RuneScape 2 when it came out a few days ago, that’s also when RuneScape Classic was still playable!
