Is The Green Santa Suit supposed to have a destroy option or was it supposed to have a drop option?

good question ive seen a lot of items with destroy option but can still be sold which before destroy option was meant for untradable stuff thats gonna end up being confusing for a lot of stuff

Possible that they made it destroy for the same reason red santa suit can be but forgot to make green santa reclaimable from diango yes I know it's from th but makes sense that diango can hold green santa pieces.
