While having the Persistent Rage Relic Perk, I've noticed the skill button for Regenerate breaks and I can only use it by clicking the actual health bar icon. This is extremely annoying especially on Mobile to have to precisely try to tap the icon.

Please allow the skill button for Regenerate to work and have a toggle for you to automatically use Regenerate when combat ends. I do truly appreciate the out of Combat health regeneration the combo provides.
