Once Necromancy comes out make a 3 year grace period until you can you treasure hunter/xp lamps/pulse cores/dxp weekends bxp stars/all xp boosts/etc. I need my blue charms back.

Almost certain it will be a six month embargo, like with every prior skill.
No more, no less.

Anyways, no support for increasing it. All the people with less playtime should also have a chance of maxing it once us with more playtime have already done so.

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
