Well 2 rings can be good, even if the person has two of the same ring, it could make a priority of effect except (Pr.ef) of accumulating effect (Ac.ef), which means:
1- Example 2 ring of wealth: 1 ring is around 15% chance
Pr.ef : Stays at 15%
Ac.ef : Goes at 30%
2- example (just a few stats):
Ring 1 has: Stab +4 Range +10 Magic -6 Prayer +2
Ring 2 has: Stab -5 Range 0 Magic +12 Prayer +4
Pr.ef : Stab +4 Range +10 Magic +12 Prayer +4
Ac.ef : Stab -1 Range +10 Magic +6 Prayer +6

I know it does. The fact that some geniuses were laughed at does not imply that all who are laughed at are geniuses. They laughed at Columbus, Fulton, and the Wright brothers. But they also laughed at Bozo the Clown.

Maybe we can't use our other ring finger becuase we all pulled an Altiar?
Seriosly though I like the idea of a ring slot for combat boosting rings and another for non-stat boosting rings. :)
